The following position is available:

 

   ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT

Qualifications:

1)      Masters Degree plus 30 credits preferred with a concentration in educational leadership/curriculum development.

2)      Evidence of successful educational administrative/supervisory

experience.  Minimum 5 years of experience.

3)      Must meet Administrator Continuing Education Requirement.

4)      Demonstrated leadership experience in:

  • Curriculum/Instruction/Non-Certified Personnel
  • Effective Communications
  • Effective Student Discipline
  • Effective Teacher Evaluation
  • Proficient Technology Skills
  • State & Federal Program Oversight
  • K-12 School Improvement

5)    Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Mt. Morris Board

may find appropriate and acceptable.
