Position Details: 

The Child Nutrition Manager will manage all nutrition related programs and services for the Genesee Intermediate School District.  The district provides a wide variety of programs and services to student, staff and parents in the district and around Genesee County.  The Child Nutrition Manager is responsible for the operation of food service at five buildings and a variety of grant funded programs and services. 
One (1) full-time position available; 37.5 hours per week.
Salary commensurate with education and experience.  
Non-union, at-will position
Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance after one full day of employment. Employees shall be subject to the co-payment of health care costs in accordance with state law.
Bachelor’s degree from accredited education institution in Institutional Food Service Management, Nutrition, Dietetics or related field considered with extensive school/healthcare food service administrative experience required, Master’s degree preferred. ServSafe certified or ability to be certified within 90 days of employment.  
Minimum of two years documented experience working in a food-related industry or teaching food technology, nutrition or food science.
