Position Details: 

Nature of  Position:                    

To provide assistance to the Associate Superintendent of Business & Finance, Superintendent and Administration in regards to the overall accounting process.



1.    Bachelor Degree preferred or a minimum of 5 years experience with                                                   emphasis in school district accounting and payroll.

2.    Excellent computer skills including spreadsheet programs, word processing, accounting and payroll, etc. 

3.    Knowledgeable about General School Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable.

4.    Knowledgeable about SEVs, millages, property taxes.

5.    Experience with CIMS Financial Software preferred.

6.    Ability to provide leadership in presenting pertinent Business Office information to the Administrative Staff

7.    Able to utilize technology to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness                                         of the organization.

8.    Flexible and progressive with an eye toward the future.

7.    Professional demeanor and demonstrated written and oral  communication skills required.
