Note:  This job will be filled at either the Administrative Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant level, depending on the qualifications of the candidate.

Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant/Senior Administrative Assistant provides high-level, day-to-day support to the Executive Director of MVLRI, Director of MVLRI, Business Intelligence Executive, and the Director of iPD, as well as the teams. This position is also a key member of the office support team which promotes consistency in core duties under the administrative guidance of the Executive Assistant. Levels of support will vary based on prioritized need, requiring the ability to multi-task on a regular basis. Responsibilities include administrative support of various levels, coordinating internal and external activities, making travel arrangements, creating purchase order requests, managing consultant contracts, operating the company telephone system, ordering of office supplies, greeting clients, vendors, and customers, and creating original correspondence and documents. The Administrative Assistant/Senior Administrative Assistant must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, work in a face-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and function in a team environment. The Administrative Assistant/Senior Administrative Assistant also provides consistent vision for and manages the publication of the Institute’s written work and leads the Institute in process driven quality assurance.
